Lievàntu is a white D.O.C. wine made with selected grapes from Vermentino, Albarola and Bosco vineyards from Colline di Levanto and the coastal towns of Bonassola, Framura and Deiva Marina.
It has a straw-yellow colour, an intense and persistent aroma and a slightly bitter aftertaste typical of wines from the eastern Liguraian Coasts and dry, harmonious flavour. Ideal with seafood, but suitable with all dishes. Serve slightly chilled (10°-12°C).
