Extra virgin olive oil made using mainly olives of the Razzola variety, indigenous to the Valley of Levanto.
The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed on the same day in our oil mill.
Our olive oil is unfiltered and purified through decantation only.
It may present a thin layer of sediment at the bottom.
Straw yellow or green yellow in colour, it has a sweet and delicate, slightly fruity flavour, with hints of Mediterranean herbs.
