RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by means of a written communication to be sent to: Cooperativa Agricoltori Vallata di Levanto, Località Le Ghiare, Via S. Matteo, 20 19015 Levanto SP by registered mail with return receipt, or by e-mail to (info@coopagricoltorilevanto.it).

This communication must contain all the data needed to clearly identify the order, a declaration of the willingness to renounce the purchase, and details of the Product or Products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised,  and shall contain an attached copy of the relevant tax document issued with the purchase  (invoice or receipt). In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to returning the Products to the same address used for the registered mail in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of: purchase of bespoke or customised Products from the Cooperativa according to specifications requested by the Customer or of items which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are due to deteriorate or expire rapidly; Products not delivered due to the absence of the Customer from the place of delivery, and Products that, at the time of their collection, are altered or damaged due to the delay in the delivery caused by the Customer. If the withdrawal is made according to the methods and terms mentioned above, any amount already paid for the Products is credited back to the Customer by bank transfer to an account in their name.

The costs for returning the Products to the Cooperativa Agricoltori Vallata di Levanto are non-refundable and the Customer is required by law to cover for them.

For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales agreement, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of their town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of La Spezia.
