Straw-yellow in colour, it combines an intense and persistent aroma and a slightly bitter aftertaste typical of the wines from Eastern Liguria with a dry, balanced flavour.

Ideal with seafood, but suitable with all dishes.

Best served slightly chilled (10°-12°C).
